At Mini Hug, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
Items that are used, damaged, or misused will not be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Once your request is submitted:

  • Our team will contact you within 3 business days
  • You will receive return instructions and method

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Processing

  • Returns are only processed after the item is received and inspected
  • We will notify you once your return is approved or rejected

Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days (due to banking procedures)
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Amount:

  • You will receive 70% of the original purchase value
  • A 30% deduction applies to cover:
    • Restocking fees
    • Return handling costs

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Certain personal care items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return your original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
